Fruit Compote in Wine


Makes: 10 to 12 servings
100gm dried prunes
100gm dried apricots
1 can slice peaches
1 can slice pineapple
1 can slice pears
100gm fresh strawberries
1 bottle white wine
100gm sugar
1. Exhaust all the canned fruits and mix up them in a bowl.
2. Include the wine and sugar and ½ a cup of canned fruit syrup.
3. Mix smoothly and let it sit for a combine of hours.
4. Freeze and serve up. If you desire it a little more corrupt, serve it with a little mascarpone cheese mixed with cream.*
