If your little one , who’s barely four and has just stepped into a “big” school , starts throwing tantrums about getting a “real” watch like daddy’s , would you give in?.
Doctor says, ‘as long as you buy a relatively inexpensive watch for your child, it’s actually a good idea to get him one when he asks for it. ‘Thanks to his excitement at being given a “grown –up” present he‘ll probably learn to read time more quickly. He may even pick up a thing or two about time management and the value of time. Just make sure his school allows watches, and that he doesn’t use his new acquisition as a weapon for one-upmanship in class.
